• Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be updated on the order page, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment conveniently.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been placed.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or if it remains unclaimed by the recipient and is sent back to us, the shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
• Delivery times may be longer during public holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Christmas, etc.), as well as during adverse weather conditions such as storms or hurricanes. We recommend placing orders in advance to avoid any potential delays caused by these factors.

• Please allow 3 to 5 business days once the return has been delivered to us for refunds to be processed.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
